Stargate: Genesis

Stargate Genesis is an original Stargate virtual spin-off that emerged at the Gateworld forums in late 2005.
The brainchild of Robert Richardson and James Pope a.k.a Immhotep and The_pope the series took the new format of Virtual Series. The Virtual series format provides readers a snapshot in to everyday life of the crew of "The Ark" in a similar way that Sg1 writers used their 43 minute windows to shed light on Sg1.
The difference is that the 43 minutes for Genesis and the Virtual series come in 60 page serialised script released in PDF format.

The series will be airing from April 10th 2006 to September 18th 2006.
Genesis tells the story of a trapped team of civilians and soldiers, including Sg1's Dr Daniel Jackson and their exploits in the deep past of the Mw galaxy. A period when the alliance of the four great races lived, who were combating a Great plague sweeping across the galaxy, a plague who’s tale entwines itself with the fate of our trapped Earthlings and the entire future of our galaxy.
